Position: Remote Bookkeeper / Accounting

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Professional to manage back-office accounting operations in a remote environment. The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping experience, is proficient in QuickBooks, and can work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform data entry and other back-office administrative duties.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and ensure accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
