Print Quality Associate

The Print Quality Associate is responsible for resolving post-print customer concerns processing replacement orders and investigating issues to identify root causes. This role ensures products meet quality standards and helps deliver excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with customers via email to help resolve post-print issues and handle replacement orders for customers who have encountered issues with their original orders.
• Investigate and document the root causes of these replacement orders thoroughly and troubleshoot technical design and print errors.
• Improve the overall customer experience for customers who have received less-than-perfect products.

Qualifications :

• Must have excellent written communication and reading comprehension skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Works well in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable and flexible with the ability to switch between tasks as needed.
• Willing to work night shifts weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be open to project-based employment and able to commit to a minimum period of three (3) months.
• Amenable to working onsite.
• Fresh graduates and undergraduate applicants are welcome to apply.
