What is the role

As anEnterprise Applications & Automation Specialistyouwillsupport and enhance New Era Technologys core business applications while driving AI-powered automation initiatives. This role combines enterprise application administration with hands-on automation development to improve efficiency data quality and business processes.

The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of theEnterprise Applications & Automation Specialist.

• Administer and support ConnectWise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Manage application configuration user access system support and documentation.
• Design and build workflows using Power Automate Power Apps Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
• Identifyopportunities to automate manual and repetitive business processes.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT Security Data and Architecture teams on automation initiatives.
• Support user training knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.

• 1PM-9PM ET

Who we are looking for

Successful candidate mustpossess:

• 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP CRM PSA or financial systems.
• Experience with ConnectWise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps) and AI tools such as Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of SQL REST APIs and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Azure AI Copilot Studio or Microsoft Fabricis highly desirable.
• Experience in an MSP environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management practices.
• Experience with AI governance and enterprise automation initiatives
