Virtual Staging Interior Designer (AI & Platform-Focused)

Full-Time | 8-Hour Rotating Shifts (Tues & Wed: 6:00am to 2:00pm / Thu to Sat: 1:00am to 9:00am Manila Time)
Target Range: ₱45,000 per month

What You’ll Be Owning This is a core creative execution role covering virtual staging, digital asset placement, and aesthetic precision. You aren't just making rooms look "nice"; you are transforming property photos to align with high standards of aesthetic quality, spatial realism, and exact client specifications within tight turnaround times.

You’ll take the lead on:

• Virtual Staging Execution: Utilizing specialized digital platforms and AI tools to convert property photos into compelling, market-ready interior spaces.
  

• High-Volume Precision: Independently managing a robust pipeline of 20–30 staging projects per day without sacrificing attention to detail or design quality.
  

• Aesthetic Consistency: Maintaining exceptional standards of interior styling, color harmony, spatial balance, and realistic proportion across diverse project types.
  

• Process & Tool Optimization: Collaborating with the team to refine staging workflows, test new platform features, and introduce innovative design approaches.
  

• End-to-End Ownership: Managing assigned projects from initial photo import to final quality delivery within strict turnaround benchmarks.
