We are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator in Iloilo City. This is an onsite setup following a Dayshift schedule. Salary is up to 35k only. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working across time zones with a globally distributed team Familiarity with BPO, sales, or B2B services industry hiring is a plus Responsibilities: Post and manage job openings across job boards, career sites, and internal systems Source and screen candidates through resume review, LinkedIn, and job board searches Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications and fit Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-employment documentation Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-hire requirements Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media recruitment campaigns Generate recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline status) for HR leadership Assist with new hire onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee
