Asst. Finance Manager (Urgent Hiring!)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite Location: Quezon City Industry: Real Estate Key Responsibilities: Oversee finance operations, ensuring accurate collections, disbursements, and day-to-day financial transactions. Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and financial data integrity while maintaining accurate financial records and reporting. Prepare and maintain management reports, financial dashboards, and key financial metrics to support business planning and decision-making. Implement and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance processes while coordinating with external finance and advisory teams. Lead and develop the finance team, oversee cost management initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is an advantage. 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, financial reporting, or accounting, with audit firm experience preferred. Strong understanding of financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and finance processes. Proficient in ERP or accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools; experience with cash management systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and team leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
