About the Role

Were looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support high-volume end-to-end hiring for our BPO operations. This role is critical to meeting aggressive staffing targets across multiple campaigns/accounts ensuring we consistently deliver qualified talent on time to support client SLAs and headcount ramps.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing and endorsing candidates for multiple campaign/account requisitions
• Conduct high-volume candidate screening via phone/video interviews and initial assessments
• Coordinate and schedule client/account manager interviews and assessments
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and manage recruitment funnel metrics (source-to-hire time-to-fill show-up rates)
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the ATS/tracker
• Coordinate with Training and Operations teams on onboarding schedules and class start dates
• Provide regular pipeline and funnel reports to TA leadership
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• 13 years of recruitment experience preferably in a BPO or call center environment
• Experience with high-volume fast-paced hiring (bulk hiring mass hiring or hypergrowth recruitment)
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking tools
• Strong sourcing skills (job boards social media referrals agencies)
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assess culture and role fit quickly
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts or extended hours during peak hiring periods
• Amenable to work onsite insert location as required

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for specific verticals (customer service healthcare or any niche roles)
• Familiarity with volume assessment tools
