Job Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer and technical support.

Communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).

Handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.

Work on shifting schedules as needed.

Qualifications :

Completed 2 years in college with at least 1 year of BPO voice experience (6 months in technical preferred), or

High school graduate with 2 years of solid BPO experience.

Stable internet (6 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download) and quiet workspace.

Must be amenable to work onsite
