Database Associate

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work closely with software developers on the creation of stored procedures and database connections.
• Work closely with data analysts on providing raw data from the database.
• Assist on maintaining existing database software ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Perform regular database backups and recovery procedures.
• Monitor database performance and thresholds.
• Provide support for database-related issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address any system issues affecting databases.
• Perform such other task as may be assigned from time to time.
