Life Insurance Customer Service Representative - Cebu

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Cebu. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• Completed High School (Old Curriculum) with at 4 years BPO experience OR
• Completed at least 1st year in college with 3 years BPO experience OR
• Completed at least 2nd year in college or Senior High School with 2 years BPO experience OR
• Completed at least 3rd year in college with at least 1 year BPO experience
• Amenable to work on Graveyard shift and shifting schedule
• Willing to work fully onsite
• Salary Package: 18,500 + 5675 allowances
