Setup and Location: ONSITE
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM PHT
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with a strong background in Australian engineering standards to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess comprehensive knowledge of structural design and analysis, with a focus on ensuring compliance with AU standards.

This role is critical for delivering high-quality, safe, and innovative structural solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for various projects, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
  
• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, construction managers, and other engineers, to ensure project goals are met.
  
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to inform structural designs.
  
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, memos, and correspondence.
  
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure best practices are followed.
  

Requirements

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is preferred.
  
• 3+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on Australian standards.
  
• Proficiency in structural analysis, and design software is an advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
