The Role

We are hiring a Pricing & Trading Supervisor APAC to lead regional commercial performance through pricing strategy trading decisions and data-driven planning. Based in our APAC headquarters in Manila you will play a critical role in optimizing fleet utilization maximizing revenue and shaping go-to-market plans across Australia and New Zealand. Youll work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations and Finance and report directly to the regional leadership team acting as a strategic owner of commercial success.

What You Will Do

• Drive regional revenue strategy by developing and executing data-backed pricing trading and commercial plans to maximize gross margin nights sold and fleet revenue.
• Lead trading decisions across pricing discounts and inventory control ensuring real-time adaptability to demand trends and market movements.
• Own forecasting and planning efforts including revenue forecasts capacity planning and demand models that inform key decisions.
• Analyze market and competitive dynamics to identify levers for commercial growth such as promotions channel mix and pricing actions.
• Collaborate closely with local teams and global HQ in Lisbon to align regional execution with broader revenue strategies and tooling.
• Lead or support commercial improvement projects such as pricing automation reporting dashboards and process enhancements.

Who Were Looking For

• 4 years of experience in revenue management trading pricing FP&A or commercial planning roles ideally in tech travel mobility or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of driving commercial performance using data analysis and strategic thinking.
• Advanced Excel and solid command of data tools; experience with pricing software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking ownership.
• Fluent in English.
