Data Process Support

What success looks like in this role:

Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product various Data Process duties such as: oProviding assistance to clients via phone email chat or other channels answering inquiries resolving complaints or providing product / service informationoHandling and processing product service or other orders / requestsoHandling transactions associated with product / service changesoEntering and updating transactional information into databases spreadsheets or other systems andoHandling and processing accurate records of client interactions service requests transactions and and delivers excellent service and relationships with client franchises and other supported understanding of and adheres to regulatory requirements and Unisys business process outsourcing standards and complex and difficult to resolve issues per established have direct client interface.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required Generally less than 2 years experience in area of responsibility
