Our client is a global performance marketing company specializing in performance marketing solutions for the iGaming industry. Partnering with gaming operators to deliver marketing solutions across Customer Relationship Management (CRM), User Acquisition (UA), Creative, Business Intelligence, and Performance Marketing

About the Employer of Record (EOR)

The successful candidate will be employed through a Philippine-based Employer of Record (EOR) that provides HR, payroll, benefits administration, statutory compliance, and local employment support. The EOR enables our client to operate in the Philippines while ensuring compliance with local labor and employment regulations.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

We are seeking a strategic leader with extensive CRM Marketing leadership experience to establish and grow the client's CRM Marketing operation in the Philippines.

The successful candidate will initially lead a small team, build scalable processes, recruit and develop talent, and work closely with the CEO and global leadership to support the company's long-term growth strategy.

While the role is primarily strategic, the successful candidate should also be comfortable taking a hands-on approach during the early stages of building the operation before transitioning into a larger leadership role as the organization expands.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Proven leadership experience in CRM Marketing with the ability to build, lead, and grow high-performing CRM Marketing teams. (Highest priority qualification.)
• Strong understanding of CRM Marketing and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a CRM Marketing operation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to be hands-on when required, particularly during the early stages of building the Philippine operation.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to budgeting and business planning. Extensive P&L ownership is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within iGaming is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates from Sports Betting, FinTech, E-commerce, Telecommunications, SaaS, Digital Consumer Platforms, Online Travel (OTA), Loyalty & Rewards, or other industries with mature CRM Marketing functions can be considered, provided they have demonstrated success leading CRM Marketing teams and operations.
• Existing network within the Asian market is an advantage but not required.
• International or regional leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong local leadership experience will also be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and oversee the client's Philippine operations.
• Execute the company's strategic objectives and growth plans in the local market.
• Partner closely with the CEO and global leadership on business priorities and operational initiatives.
• Drive business performance while ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.

CRM Marketing Leadership

• Build, lead, and grow the CRM Marketing organization.
• Provide strategic direction for CRM Marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and retention programs.
• Develop a high-performing CRM Marketing team by recruiting, mentoring, and managing talent.
• Guide CRM strategy while empowering the team to execute day-to-day campaigns.
• Monitor team performance and ensure CRM initiatives support overall business goals.

Organizational Development

• Build and grow the Philippine CRM Marketing operation by establishing and leading the local CRM Marketing team.
• Recruit and develop the initial local team and support future organizational growth.
• Establish scalable processes, organizational structure, and performance standards.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and operational excellence.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational decision-making.
• Work closely with the Employer of Record on HR, recruitment, payroll, legal, and administrative matters.
• Recommend operational improvements to support business growth.

Commercial & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to achieve business objectives.
• Represent the Philippine operation and contribute to strategic business initiatives.

· Leverage professional and industry relationships to support business growth where appropriate.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure the Philippine operation adheres to company policies and applicable local regulations.
• Work with the Employer of Record to support compliance with Philippine labor and employment requirements.
• Promote sound governance and ethical business practices across the organization.
