- Lead Generation – Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls, referrals, and database lists to promote automotive products and services.
- Customer Engagement – Provide accurate information about automotive parts, services, and promotions; answer inquiries and build rapport with customers.
- Sales Support – Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, forwarding qualified leads, and following up on prospects.
- Product Promotion – Highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages of automotive products to encourage customer interest and purchase.
- Database Management – Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy of contact details and communication logs.
- Performance Tracking – Record daily call activities, report outcomes, and meet assigned quotas for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Customer Feedback – Gather insights from customers regarding products and services to help improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance – Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and data privacy regulations during all customer interactions.
Qualification:
- Graduate of Marketing Management/Tourism Management
- With any relevant experience
- Background in BPO industry or customer service is an advantage
