Finance & Business excellence group head_Quezon City_onsite

We are hiring Finance & Business excellence group head in Tuazon, QC.

This is an onsite work setup (office based). This job position is responsible in leading the company's financial stewardship, performance analytics, systems governance, and business process excellence by ensuring accurate financial management, data-driven
decision-making, and continuous operational improvement aligned with business growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred. Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is an advantage but not required.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• At least 5–8 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-functional teams. Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury, and financial reporting.
• Must have a strong financial acumen and strategic thinking, advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, process improvement and problem-solving capability, Leadership and people development skills,
  Strong decision-making and execution discipline and high level of integrity and governance mindset.
• Must have an ownership and accountability mindset. Having a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Resilience and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
