Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hours work flexible with core hours from 10am - 3pm
Work Set-up: WFH unless there are client or business requirements that need to report onsite
Location: Makati City Philippines
Salary Range: Php50000.00-Php75000.00

Job Overview The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the timelyquality efficient and accurate delivery of projects though closemanagement and monitoring of team performance projectmilestones stakeholder requirements and overall projectprogress

Main Tasks / Responsibilities Project Planning:

-Defines project scope objectives timelines teamcomposition key budget considerations

-Works with team to develop clear plan of action identifymilestones resource allocation cost estimates

-Leads project kick off meetings expectation buildingwith teams and stakeholders

Project Execution and Delivery:

-Leads in sprint meetings ensuring project progress is ontrack based on estimates

-Anticipates potential delays and proactively makenecessary adjustments without completely

compromising overall project targets

-Monitors TFS ensuring reports are timely and accurateand team compliance

Stakeholders Management:

-Serves as point person for coordination betweeninternal and external stakeholders and teams

-Provides regular project updates and reports

-Manages expectations ensures priorities are aligned

Risk Issue and Change Management:

-Recommends possible risk reduction measures toaddress issues and concerns

-Manages the timely and efficient resolution of risks andissues

-Manages changes and determine probable impact onactual delivery ensuring all stakeholders are aware andin agreement with measures

Quality Assurance:

-Oversees the testing phases of the project including UATto ensure quality standards are met at all points ofdevelopment

-Recommends process improvements and implementsbest practices to help increase efficiency

Deployment:

-Ensures proper turnover of projects to all concerned

-Leads in post-deployment assessment of systems andprocesses for improvement and innovation

-Finalizes documentation and reports

Qualifications Knowledge andSkills

-Degree in IT Computer Science Business or related field

-3-5 years experience as Project Manager preferably in ITor SaaS

-Organized analytical problem-solver firm decision-maker

-Team leader and player with great coordination andcommunication skills

-Able to handle and command different stakeholders andteams

Additional Advantages:

-Experience with SaaS platforms HRIS ERP and other business software

-Preferably with project management certifications

-Familiar with management tools performancemonitoring tools

-Know-how in business analysis requirements gatheringand technical writing
