We are hiring Growth & Market Development Senior Manager in Tuazon QC.

This is an onsite work setup (office based) and field work if needed. This job position is responsible for to drive business growth by identifying market opportunities developing competitive products and enabling market expansion strategies that increase customer acquisition revenue and portfolio quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Economics Finance or related field. Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is an advantage but not required.
• 812 years of experience in product development market development or business growth roles.
• At least 35 years in a leadership role managing product or strategy teams. Proven track record in launching and scaling products or entering new markets.
• Must have a strong strategic thinking and market insight capability. Product development and lifecycle management. Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration. Commercial and business acumen.
  Project and execution management. Excellent Problem-solving and decision-making skill.
• Must have entrepreneurial and growth-driven mindset. Be Proactive and opportunity-seeking as well as be results-oriented with strong accountability. Be agile and adaptable to market changes.
