We are hiring Finance & Business excellence group head in Tuazon QC.

This is an onsite work setup (office based). This job position is responsible in leading the companys financial stewardship performance analytics systems governance and business process excellence by ensuring accurate financial management data-driven
decision-making and continuous operational improvement aligned with business growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred. Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is an advantage but not required.
• 1015 years of progressive experience in Finance Accounting Business Analytics or related fields.
• At least 58 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-functional teams. Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) treasury and financial reporting.
• Must have a strong financial acumen and strategic thinking advanced analytical and data interpretation skills process improvement and problem-solving capability Leadership and people development skills
  Strong decision-making and execution discipline and high level of integrity and governance mindset.
• Must have an ownership and accountability mindset. Having a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Resilience and ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
