About the Role
Were looking for a commercially driven Event Sales & Partnerships Manager to generate sponsorship and exhibitor revenue while helping deliver world-class events.
Youll be responsible for selling sponsorships and exhibitor packages building long-term partnerships with luxury brands venues hotels and tourism boards and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery. This role combines business development account management and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and secure sponsors exhibitors and commercial partners for Wedded Wonderland events.
Build relationships with hotels venues tourism boards wedding suppliers and luxury brands.
Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and close sponsorship opportunities.
Manage partner relationships from sale through event delivery.
Coordinate exhibitor onboarding sponsorship deliverables floor plans and event logistics.
Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure successful event execution.
Maintain accurate CRM records sales pipeline contracts and reporting.
Identify new partnership opportunities and monitor industry trends.
About You
3 years experience in event sales sponsorship sales exhibitions hospitality tourism media or B2B sales.
Proven ability to close commercial partnerships and sponsorship deals.
Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with excellent project management and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
