Creative Director

Job Description:

- Develop and define the overall creative vision, style, and tone for the NAD brands across all platforms and touchpoints.

- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling creative strategies.

- Lead creative brainstorming and conceptualization sessions for major campaign pitches, rebrands, and brand launches.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of creativity.

- Present and rationalize creative concepts and strategic direction to upper management.

- Lead, mentor, inspire, and manage the creative team (graphic designers, video team, copywriter), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Manage team workload, assigning projects based on skills, growth goals, and priorities.

- Conduct monthly KPI reviews for your team

- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new creative team members.

- Approve all creative assets before they are presented to or published, ensuring they are on-brand and error-free.

- Collaborate with other department heads to plan creative resources, establish timelines, and manage workflows.

- Prioritize projects and tasks effectively to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

- Manage the creative department's budget, including software, tools, and other resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- At least 2-3 years of professional managerial experience in creative design, advertising, branding, or digital marketing.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding, advertising campaigns, and creative direction for multiple brands or clients.

- Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
