What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a store manager or similar leadership role within premium food and retail industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle the challenges of a busy retail setting.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards and food safety regulations.
