Learning Solutions and Enablement Intern
This intern supports instructional design and the learning technology stack, including the learning experience platform and the enablement content built for delivery teams.
Work Setup:
- Remote for applicants outside Cebu City
- Hybrid for applicants within Cebu City.
What You'll Do:
Instructional Design
- Support storyboarding and development of e-learning modules and microlearning assets
- Convert process documents and SME inputs into structured learning content
Learning Technology
- Upload, tag and quality-check content on the learning experience platform
- Test learner journeys and report defects or gaps
- Assist with learner account administration, enrollments, and access requests
Enablement Analytics
- Pull platform usage and completion data and prepare adoption reports
- Document standard operating procedures for platform administration
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Communication or a related discipline
- Comfortable with digital authoring or design tools and quick to learn new platforms
- Precise with formatting, tagging and version control
- Interested in how people actually learn at work
Bonus Points
- Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Figma, HTML basics or LMS administration exposure
