Job Description

We are looking for two (2) detail-oriented Sales Administrators to join our Commercial team in Taguig on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this entry-level role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to our Field Business Development (BD) team. By taking ownership of merchant onboarding, KYB documentation, and database tracking, you will directly help accelerate our sales pipeline and team efficiency.

• Merchant Onboarding: Execute end-to-end administrative onboarding processes for new merchants and accounts to ensure smooth transition times.
• KYB & Compliance Processing: Collect, verify, and organize localized Know Your Business (KYB) documentation and client files.
• Database Management: Maintain and update merchant databases, sales records, and pipeline tracking systems with high accuracy.
• Sales Support: Handle routine administrative tasks to offload paperwork from Field BDs, enabling them to focus on client-facing sales activities.

Qualifications

• Open to entry-level candidates; prior experience in sales admin, data entry, customer service, or commercial support is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets) and familiarity with CRM or database management systems.
• Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a reliable, execution-driven work ethic.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with local sales teams
