Human Resources Executive
The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati City. The role is responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, overseeing timekeeping and benefits administration, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The HR Executive will also assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
The position will be responsible for supporting employee relations, performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives, including addressing employee concerns and assisting in conflict resolution. The HR Executive will also provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on relevant policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
In addition, the role will be involved in ISO documentation, compliance, and Quality Management Representative (QMR) responsibilities, contributing to the organization's quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
The HR Executive will work closely with management and department heads to promote a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture while continuously improving HR practices and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in various facets of Human Resources.
- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in ISO documentation, compliance, and Quality Management Representative (QMR) responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
