Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant (Technology and Cybersecurity Governance) to lead consulting engagements focused on information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, resilience management, and technology risk. This role is responsible for managing client engagements, leading project teams, facilitating workshops, and delivering advisory services that strengthen clients' governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate has strong consulting experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology and cybersecurity governance consulting engagements from planning through project completion.
• Serve as the engagement lead for Information Security, Cybersecurity Governance, IT Governance, and Resilience Management projects.
• Facilitate client walkthroughs, workshops, interviews, and risk assessment sessions.
• Supervise and mentor consultants and associates assigned to engagements.
• Develop project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Identify technology and cybersecurity risks and recommend practical solutions aligned with industry standards.
• Perform governance, risk, and compliance assessments across IT environments.
• Review policies, procedures, controls, and documentation related to information security and IT governance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Directors, and Partners regarding project progress, risks, and resource requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accountancy, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, technology risk, IT assurance, or cybersecurity consulting.
• Experience handling engagements involving:
  • Information Security
  • Cybersecurity Governance
  • Technology Risk
  • IT Governance
  • Resilience Management
  • IT General Controls (ITGC)
• Experience leading client engagements or project teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project coordination and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer Certification
• ISO 22301 Certification
• Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
• CompTIA Security+
• CISA
• CRISC
• CISSP
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
