Research Executive

• Approximately 1 year of experience in market research consumer insights analytics or a related field.
• Understanding of quantitative research methodologies and survey-based research.
• Experience or exposure to questionnaire design particularly for Brand Health and U&A studies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with SPSS Q Decipher or other market research tools is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Curious proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced research setting.
• Interest in consumer behavior and market trends.
• Strong storytelling mindset and ability to connect data with business implications.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across different markets.
• Team-oriented with a positive and growth-focused attitude.
