Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT & AI Solutions Developer who combines strong software engineering expertise with a passion for artificial intelligence, automation, and scalable systems. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, automation platforms, chatbots, internal systems, and web-based solutions.
  

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation workflows that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  

• Build and integrate REST APIs, databases, third-party services, and enterprise applications to create connected and intelligent systems.
  

• Develop and optimize backend services and data flows using Java, PHP, JavaScript, and modern web technologies (HTML/CSS).
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures and AI-enabled solutions.
  

• Implement, test, deploy, and monitor production-grade applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
  

• Drive the adoption of AI technologies, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, knowledge systems, and intelligent assistants across the organization.
  

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for software, infrastructure, and system integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  

• Establish and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and automation standards.
  

• Mentor junior IT and development team members and contribute to technical decision-making and best practices.
  

• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or IT engineering.
  

• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
  

• Strong proficiency in Java, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and relational databases.
  

• Experience with AI/LLM platforms, chatbot frameworks, automation tools, and cloud-based services is highly preferred.
  

• Solid understanding of system architecture, security, scalability, and DevOps/deployment practices.
  

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in IT support or development Working knowledge of Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL and API integration. Interest or experience in AI tools, chatbots, or automation frameworks. Good understanding of networks, troubleshooting, and system administration. Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and eagerness to learn. Preferred Skills Experience with Git/GitHub. Exposure to frameworks such as React, Laravel, Spring Boot, or Node.js. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Interest in machine learning, prompt engineering, or chatbot development tools.
