Employment Lawyer - Tech Company - 3-6 month contract

KorumLegal is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our panel of legal professionals for a full-time contract assignment lasting 3-6 months. In this role, the Legal Counsel will support a global technology firm in the Philippines. As this is an urgent engagement, candidates with immediate availability will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

This role focuses predominantly on non-contentious employment law matters across the APAC region, including advising on employment contracts, HR policies, employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary matters, and general employment law compliance. You will also partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to provide practical, risk-based legal advice and help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a PH/common law-qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE and extensive APAC experience gained with multinational organisations. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
