Financial Analyst – ARC Management Reporting

Management Reporting Team and play a key role in delivering financial insights that support strategic decision-making across multiple markets in Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with regional finance leaders gain exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to the evolution of financial reporting under IFRS 17. Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare analyze and provide insightful commentary on monthly quarterly and annual management reports for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Consolidate and analyze financial and non-financial data from various Asia markets to identify trends variances and business performance drivers.
• Partner with Regional Controllers Finance teams Actuarial teams and other stakeholders to support accurate and timely reporting deliverables.
• Develop maintain and enhance standard and ad hoc reports dashboards and reporting templates using tools such as Anaplan Power BI and SmartView.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy efficiency and overall user experience.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities while ensuring timely communication of key updates and issues.
• Perform peer reviews maintain documentation and provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting management reporting or finance-related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different markets and cultures.

• Willing to work on a Day Shift schedule and report onsite in Diliman Quezon City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation (CPA is an advantage but not required).
• Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17 reporting requirements.
• Experience with reporting and financial systems such as Hyperion Essbase SmartView Anaplan or Power BI.
• Background in process improvement automation or dashboard development.
• Experience mentoring reviewing work or providing guidance to team members.
