Clinical Instructor

Healthcare and Technology Institute Inc. (HCT Academy) is looking for a Clinical Instructor to help deliver high-quality simulation-based, skills-based, and technology-enabled healthcare education. In this role, you will support learning experiences for nursing and healthcare learners across classroom, laboratory, virtual, hospital, and community-based settings. You will help facilitate sessions, prepare simulation environments, support learner assessment and debriefing, maintain training records, and contribute to academic and instructional development initiatives. What you will do: - Facilitate simulation-based and skills-based sessions - Guide learners during demonstrations, return demonstrations, case discussions, and simulation activities - Prepare simulation rooms, equipment, task trainers, and instructional materials - Support feedback, debriefing, documentation, and learner assessment - Work with Education Heads and Team Leads on schedules, priorities, and deliverables - Support partner-based programs and deployment assignments as needed What we are looking for: - Active PRC license as a Registered Nurse - 1-2 years of bedside, hospital, or other relevant clinical experience - Fluent in English (verbal and written), with the ability to effectively deliver instructions and facilitate simulation – based learning. - Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills - Comfort with digital learning tools and virtual platforms - Willingness to travel or be deployed within the Philippines as operationally required Preferred: - Graduate studies in Nursing or Allied Health, completed or in progress - Teaching, clinical instruction, lab facilitation, OSCE, or simulation experience - Familiarity with LMS, virtual learning environments, or simulation systems - Interest in research and academic development Why join: - Meaningful work that supports future healthcare professionals - Exposure to simulation and instructional innovation - A quality-focused and collaborative academic environment To apply, submit your updated resume or CV and your PRC license details or copy.
