Deal Officer (Chinabank Capital)

About You & the Role

As a Deal Officer under the Chinabank Capital Team, you will play a key role in originating, structuring, and executing investment banking transactions across debt and equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and other strategic financing opportunities.

Working closely with senior dealmakers and clients, you'll gain hands-on exposure to high-impact transactions, contribute to business development initiatives, and help deliver innovative financial solutions that create lasting value for clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the execution of investment banking transactions, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and advisory mandates.
• Prepare financial analyses, valuation models, client presentations, and transaction materials to support deal execution.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, and internal teams throughout the transaction process.
• Assist in business development efforts by building client relationships and contributing to the origination of new opportunities.

Qualifications We Value
