Data Entry Coordinator

Job Title: Data Entry Coordinator (HHAeXchange Experience Required)

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to support our daily operations by confirming visits requesting and entering timesheets and processing invoices. Experience with HHAeXchange is a MUST as this role involves managing home healthcare scheduling and documentation accurately. The ideal candidate is organized dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm caregiver visits on a daily basis.
• Request review and enter employee timesheets accurately.
• Process and enter invoices into the system.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is up to date.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and visit records.
• Communicate with staff as needed to obtain missing or corrected information.
• Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with HHAeXchange is a MUST.
• Previous experience in data entry healthcare administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

• Sunday & Friday: 10:00 AM 12:00 PM
• Monday Thursday: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM
