Job Overview

Support the Product Development team by creating high-quality technical documentation for products, including specification and installation guides. The role will initially focus on completing the current documentation transition across existing product ranges, before becoming an ongoing resource supporting future product releases. You’ll work closely with Product Development and Marketing to ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, on-brand, and ready for final approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce specification guides and installation guides for products.
  
• Convert existing Rhino models into customer-facing technical documentation.
  
• Create professional layouts using Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
  
• Follow established templates, documentation standards, and brand guidelines.
  
• Work through the current documentation transition across existing product ranges.
  
• Support technical documentation for new product releases as they come to market.
  
• Action feedback from Product Development and Marketing throughout the review process.
  
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, detailed, and ready for final approval.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation workflows, processes, and efficiencies.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Commercial experience using Rhino or SolidWorks.
  
• Commercial experience using Adobe Illustrator.
  
• Commercial experience using Adobe InDesign.
  
• Experience working with CAD models and technical drawings.
  
• Strong technical layout and document presentation skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Comfortable working within structured systems, templates, and established processes.
  
• Strong written English communication skills.
  
• Experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Technical documentation
    
  • Product specifications or installation guides
    
  • Manufacturing
    
  • Architecture
    
  • Engineering
    
  • Industrial design
    
• Background in any of these fields will be highly regarded as it provides a strong technical writing foundation for the role.
