We are seeking a
Broking & Analytics Manager
to lead the delivery of employee benefits analytics, reporting, and broking support services. The role manages claims analytics, renewal reporting, insurer performance evaluations, and market intelligence initiatives to support client retention, business growth, and benefit plan optimization.
Key responsibilities include: Lead the preparation and delivery of analytics reports, claims analyses, and utilization reviews to support business and client objectives. Manage renewal analytics, insurer comparisons, loss ratio reviews, and strategic recommendations for placement and renewal activities. Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking studies to identify trends and opportunities for portfolio enhancement. Ensure data quality, governance, accuracy, and compliance across analytics and reporting processes. Lead process improvement, dashboard development, and reporting automation initiatives while mentoring and developing analytics team members.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in analytics, employee benefits, insurance, broking, healthcare, financial services, consulting, or related industries. At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, broking processes, and healthcare claims analytics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms.
