Builder (Brand Launch & Optimization Specialist) Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Builder (Brand Launch & Optimization Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming newly acquired brands into profitable, optimized online businesses while improving existing brands when needed. You will oversee the critical first 180 days of each brand's lifecycle, ensuring it is fully set up for long-term success before transitioning it to the maintenance team. This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon and Walmart marketplaces and proficiency in inventory and business management software. Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST Key Responsibilities Build and launch newly acquired brands across eCommerce marketplaces. Optimize product listings, storefronts, and brand assets to maximize visibility and sales. Manage the entire onboarding and growth process for each brand during its first 180 days. Monitor brand performance and implement strategies to improve profitability. Identify opportunities to optimize existing brands when necessary. Coordinate product catalog setup, listing enhancements, pricing, and inventory readiness. Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on brand progress. Maintain accurate records and operational data using Google Sheets and business software. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. Resolve operational issues related to listings, inventory, and marketplace performance. Prepare brands for a seamless handoff to the long-term account management team after the initial growth phase. Requirements Previous experience managing or building brands on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace . Amazon is a MUST. Walmart Marketplace experience is a MUST. Experience using inventory and business management software is a MUST. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets . Understanding of eCommerce operations, product listings, inventory management, and marketplace optimization. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
