Mulesoft Consultant (Senior Consultant - Lead)

MuleSoft Integration Architect / Consultant Location: Manila, Philippines Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Role Summary The MuleSoft Integration Architect / Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform . The role focuses on connecting enterprise applications, data, and services across cloud, hybrid, on-premise, and SaaS environments through API-led connectivity . The Consultant is primarily hands-on, responsible for integration development and implementation, while the Architect focuses on enterprise integration architecture, API governance, standards, reusable assets, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities Design and develop integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform . Build API-led integrations using System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs . Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, messaging, and data transformation . Integrate enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, SaaS, and data platforms . Apply best practices in performance, resiliency, security, and error handling. Design reusable APIs and establish integration standards and governance (Architect). Support CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and platform teams. Mentor junior developers and consultants (Senior/Architect level). Required Technical Skills Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform . API design using REST, RAML , and API-led architecture. Data mapping, orchestration, and enterprise integrations. API security, OAuth , authentication, and authorization. Cloud deployment models and integration best practices. Experience integrating enterprise and SaaS applications. Experience Requirements MuleSoft Integration Architect 10-14+ years of overall IT experience. 7-10+ years of MuleSoft and integration architecture experience. Experience defining enterprise API strategies, governance, and architecture. MuleSoft Integration Consultant 6-8 years of overall IT experience. 4-6 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience. Strong background in solution delivery and integration development. Core Competencies Enterprise integration architecture and systems thinking. API governance and delivery assurance. Stakeholder and vendor management. Requirements analysis and solution execution. Secure-by-design integration principles. Reusable integration patterns and reference architectures. Operational readiness, monitoring, and support. Preferred Certifications MuleSoft Certified Developer (Consultant). MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (Architect). Azure or AWS Cloud certifications (preferred). Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , API-led connectivity, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations. They should have experience integrating systems such as ERP, CRM, HR, and SaaS platforms, understand API security and cloud environments, and be capable of delivering secure, scalable, and reusable integration solutions. Senior candidates should also have experience defining enterprise integration architecture, API governance, and mentoring technical teams.
