B2B Sales Manager | Makati Location: Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday | Morning Shift Employment Type: Regular / Full-time Reporting to the Head of B2B, the B2B Sales Manager leads the execution of commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and improve overall sales performance across the B2B channel. As a customer-focused and data-driven leader, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, pricing initiatives, and account development to expand market presence and maximize profitability for target segments. Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute B2B commercial plans aligned with company growth targets, translating strategic direction into actionable team priorities and revenue opportunities. Customer Development & Account Management: Lead the acquisition and growth of key B2B accounts across HoReCa, SMEs, and institutional buyers while building long-term client relationships. Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics, set targets, analyze trends, and drive a results-oriented, accountable culture to maximize productivity. Pricing & Trade Management: Implement pricing strategies and trade programs that optimize margins, ensure compliance with governance, and adjust to competitor market dynamics. Sales Operations & Reporting: Oversee sales tools, CRM utilization, pipeline forecasting, and regular performance reporting for executive leadership. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store teams to execute B2B initiatives, trade events, and customer programs smoothly. Team Leadership & Capability Development: Manage, coach, and develop the B2B sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field (an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage). Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, commercial operations, or account management. Leadership Experience: At least 2–3 years leading sales teams and handling business operations. Industry Background: Experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale/distribution, or B2B commercial environments strongly preferred; pre-opening or startup experience is a plus. Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Strong business acumen with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets, paired with data-driven decision-making skills (KPIs, forecasts, sales data). Technical & Communication Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales tracking systems, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
