Executive Assistant and Quality Assurance Officer

Job Description

a. Provide strategic administrative support to the General Manager by managing schedules, communications, and documentation to ensure smooth executive operations and timely decision-making

b. Monitor and analyze guest feedback, coordinate quality audits, and support brand compliance efforts to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence

c. Collaborate with Heads of Department on corrective actions, service recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive long-term enhancements in guest experience and brand performance

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Bachelor’s degree is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role (preferably in hospitality or corporate environments)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in supporting a dynamic work environment

Experience working with ReviewPro or similar guest feedback platforms is a strong advantage

Knowledge of Radisson Hotel Group standards or comparable brand standards is preferred
