Job Description

• Receive inbound calls transferred from the client

• Solicit prospects over the phone to tour with sales consultants

• Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests

• Determine eligibility of guests per qualification standards

• Assist guests with questions about vacation properties packages and procedures

• Assist guests with making the reservation

Minimum Qualifications

• At least High School graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum 12 months experience in Sales (BPO or Non-BPO)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintains an upbeat positive and motivated demeanor
• Able to read/write/speak the English language
• Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
• Ability to maintain required sales percentages per week
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in basic PC knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be flexible to work nights weekends and select holidays outside of your scheduled shift
