Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team asHealthcare Insurance Agents. You will assist customers with their healthcare benefits insurance inquiries and claims-related concerns.

No prior BPO experience No problem! We welcomefresh graduatesand candidates eager to start their careers in the healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Handle inbound calls related to healthcare insurance inquiries
  • Assist customers with benefits eligibility and claims status
  • Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer interactions
  • Document customer interactions in the system

Qualifications:

• 4 years college graduate (no experience required) / completed at least 2 years in college (must have copy of grades or TOR) 6 months BPO experience preferably in a healthcare campaign.
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
• Willing to work onnight shift orshifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
• Can work onsite daily
