Job Description

Role Definition

An individual contributor or People manager. Working with internal and external stakeholders who would consult him/her for finding solutions to various business problems - training.

Roles and Responsibilities:

ÃÂÃÂÃ Collaborates with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify learning needs. .

ÃÂÃÂÃ Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs develop training and instructional solutions and assess training

ÃÂÃÂÃ Provides and/or assists with consulting in all aspects related to training for organization-wide initiatives and projects; participates in the design development and implementation of training programs of a broad organizational scope.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Plans designs develops delivers and consults on various training projects and instructional programs using instructor-led train-the trainer electronic/web-based and/or multimedia training methods and formats.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions modifications and enhancements to training programs.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Lead and deliver consulting engagements including client expectation management quality control and delivery assurance issue management client insight and value capture work planning and execution and effective client communications

ÃÂÃÂÃ Researches and studies advancements in learning management systems (LMS) educational technologies and instructional design methods; evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions modifications and enhancements to technology training programs; facilitates and encourages the adoption of technical platforms to enhance the delivery of academic and/or instructional content.

Education : Graduation

Knowledge:

Must Have

ÃÂÃÂÃ Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional design and media solutions.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Extensive working knowledge in designing developing implementing and evaluating training plans curricula and methodology.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs

ÃÂÃÂÃ Proficiency in Captivate Storyline or similar content designing & authoring tools Good to have

ÃÂÃÂÃ Proficiency in Training analytics to design learning solutions

Experience

Must Have

ÃÂÃÂÃ Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint particularly as used in the development of instructional content and analytics for designing training solutions

ÃÂÃÂÃ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Advanced analytical business acumen and critical thinking skills.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Project management and presentation skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Previous customer facing experience

Good to have

ÃÂÃÂÃ Worked with international and/or domestic accounts for a variety of LoBs ÃÂÃÂÃ travel technical support retail etc.

ÃÂÃÂÃ Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint particularly as used in the development of instructional content

Mandatory Skills: Training (Ops).
