Paid Ads Specialist

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to plan manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience in paid media strategy audience targeting campaign optimization and performance analysis to generate leads sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals
  
• Create launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads
  
• Conduct audience research targeting and retargeting setup
  
• Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies
  

Campaign Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions CTR ROAS and CPC
  
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives copy headlines and landing pages
  
• Adjust targeting placements and budgets based on performance data
  
• Identify scaling opportunities for successful campaigns
  

Creative & Content Coordination

• Collaborate with graphic designers video editors and copywriters for ad creatives
  
• Develop compelling ad copy and calls-to-action
  
• Ensure creatives align with brand messaging and campaign objectives
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations
  
• Monitor conversion tracking pixels and analytics tools
  

Lead Generation & Funnel Support

• Support lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
  
• Coordinate with sales or marketing teams to improve conversion funnels
  
• Assist with landing page optimization and marketing automation workflows
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  
• Experience with campaign tracking analytics and conversion optimization
  
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and re-targeting strategies
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
  
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience
  
• Funnel-building and lead generation knowledge
