We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ABA Scheduler to support Headstarts expanding provider scheduling operations. The role will initially focus on administrative scheduling support including processing appointment requests and accurately coordinating consultations and assessments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple systems following established workflows and managing scheduling requests with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
