Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Bilingual Dispatcher fluent in Uzbekistan and English to coordinate daily operations manage schedules and ensure efficient communication between clients drivers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers or service personnel according to schedules and client requirements.
• Communicate clearly in both Uzbek and English to relay instructions updates and route information.
• Monitor ongoing operations to ensure timely service delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities schedules and client communications.
• Provide real-time support and updates to management and field teams.
• Handle incoming calls emails and messages professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch performance and service outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in dispatching coordination or customer service roles.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in both Uzbek and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
