JOB SUMMARY
Drive business growth through advanced stakeholder engagement, strategic territory management, and deep scientific discussions.
Act as a key partner in developing the market by influencing treatment practices, strengthening KOL relationships, and generating actionable insights.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Territory Management and Execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Execute call plans based on territory segmentation
- Ensure consistent coverage and frequency of target HCPs
- Lead territory strategy and execution
- Identify high-value opportunities and growth levers
- Optimize resource allocation and targeting
- Provide insights on competitors’ activities
- Strong HCP Master list composition that drives significant growth and sales outcome
- Manage key hospitals and accounts
- Identify barriers to adoption (clinical, access, behavioral)
- Propose and support solutions to improve:
- Patient access
- Treatment uptake
Advanced Scientific Engagement
- Conduct in-depth, evidence-based discussions with specialists
- Interpret and translate clinical data into practice
- Position products within treatment pathways
- Superb Challenger Selling/Portfolio Selling Skills
- Organize scientific engagement/discussions with KOLs/society/institutions
KOL & Key Account Leadership
- Identify and develop New Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as advocates
- Lead engagement with:
- Top specialists
- Support medical education and advocacy initiatives
- Lead product inclusions in key accounts in close coordination with distributor partner
Cross-Functional Influence
- Actively partner with:
- Marketing (strategy insights)
- Medical (scientific alignment)
- Market Access (payer landscape)
- Contribute to brand and business planning
Coaching & Leadership (Soft Leadership Layer)
- Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members
- Share best practices within the team
- Provide leadership support to SM and BUM, as needed
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure high standards of ethical and compliant engagement aligned with:
- Food and Drug Administration Philippines
- PHAP
- Company Policies
- OEC
- Timely Submissions/Completion of MAP, Concur, LERN, and Field operation reports.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or related field
- 3 - 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets
- Experience in specialty care, biologics, complex portfolios or multi-indications is preferred
- Experience in KOL-driven markets
- Experience in key accounts/hospital management
- Experience in handling multiple/larger territories is an advantage
- Product launch experience is an advantage
