We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Davao, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for building customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

📍 Location: Davao, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office
💼 Role: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients within company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, visits, calls, and follow-ups to develop business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.
  • Monitor sales activities, leads, opportunities, and pipeline through accurate and updated records.
  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, pricing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and reports to management.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain, or other B2B industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and business development skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Willingness to conduct client visits and travel as required.
