Store Manager 1 (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities: Ensure to achieve daily sales targets. Implements store plans and programs based on approved timelines. Proper execution of Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs and other sales-generating activities. Prepare and submit store reports based on specified requirements. Co-facilitate general monthly meetings with or on behalf of immediate superior. Assure compliance and proper dissemination of important operational-related information to subordinates. Prepare appropriate documentation and implement proper coordination during store closure and renovation Ensure immediate cascade and application in the work setting of the attended training program. · Monitor and ensure food safety and cleanliness of the store Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
