Job Summary

The

Merchandising Associate

is responsible for monitoring product availability, inventory levels, and product presentation across branches. The role ensures accurate inventory, timely replenishment, proper product displays, and effective execution of promotions to support sales performance and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and replenishment needs. Coordinate stock transfers, product allocation, and replenishment with relevant teams. Monitor slow-moving and aging products and assist with markdown or pull-out activities. Ensure proper product displays, signage, and merchandising standards across branches. Support promotions, product launches, and seasonal merchandising activities. Prepare inventory and merchandising reports and provide insights on product movement and branch performance. Coordinate with branch, purchasing, warehouse, and product teams to resolve inventory and merchandising concerns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related fields . Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and inventory management systems. Detail-oriented and highly accurate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in retail merchandising or inventory management is an advantage.
