Architectural Drafter & Spec Book Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist who can create professional architectural specification books, 2D/3D drawings, and realistic renderings. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit and can produce accurate, detailed, and visually realistic project outputs.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize architectural specification books based on project requirements.
• Develop accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other construction documents.
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
• Use Revit and other 3D rendering/visualization software to create realistic project presentations.
• Coordinate drawings, materials, finishes, dimensions, and specifications.
• Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
• Ensure all drawings and renderings are accurate, detailed, and professionally presented.

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience creating or coordinating architectural specification books.
• Experience with 2D and 3D architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in any professional 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona, or similar tools.
• Strong ability to create realistic and photorealistic renderings.
• Good understanding of architectural materials, finishes, construction details, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications.
• Portfolio of previous drafting, specification, and rendering work is required.
